1. Warranty Coverage

The Mobixca 6 Months Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

If your device experiences any internal failure due to a manufacturing defect, Mobixca.Com will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.

Pickup & Drop Charges

(Applicable only after the first 7 days. Pickup and drop are free within the initial 7 days.)

2. What Is Not Covered

The following conditions are not covered under the Mobixca.Com 6 Months Warranty:

• Water or liquid damage
• Physical or cosmetic wear and tear
• Accidental or intentional physical damage
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts
• Device modification, jailbreak, rooting, or any form of tampering

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim with Mobixca.Com, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Mobixca.Com Support via official email or WhatsApp with your proof of purchase.
2. Submit the device for technical inspection.
3. Our technicians will evaluate whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
4. If approved, the device will be repaired or replaced at no additional service cost.
5. Pickup and drop charges will apply for claims made after the initial 7 days, as per policy.
6. If the issue is not covered under warranty, Mobixca.Com may offer a paid repair option depending on parts availability.

4. Additional Terms & Conditions

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as scratches or marks) present at the time of purchase are not covered.
• The warranty does not cover any data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting the device.
• The warranty will be void if unauthorized internal repairs, battery replacements, or software modifications are detected.
• Replacement devices (if provided) will be of the same model or a model of equivalent value, subject to availability.
