The MOBIXCA 6-month warranty does not cover water or liquid damage, physical or cosmetic wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, device modifications, jailbreaks, rooting, or other forms of tampering.
What is the return and refund policy?
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The device must be returned in the same condition as received, without physical damage, and with the original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected.
